I love this application, I find it very useful in field service. I hope to hear soon for new features in its development.

1st thank you very much for this very use full tool.
Just a question please :
as my iPad is on IOS8.3 Im not able to migrate my return visits folders through Bluetooth to my iPhone 6+. So I have saved them by mail. Then I open each data in Field Service Assistant on my iPhone 6+, a contact is created in my phone contacts, but then they disappear from Field Service Assistant tool.
Please could you help me ? Sorry to disturb you with my technical pb.

Great little app, uncomplicated. And somehow my hours have even gone up. It is all a matter of keeping track of even small informal services... Looking forward to the iPad app.

An automatic synchronization via iCloud would be great. Actually the app is really very very helpfull, with iCloud it would be perfect.
Some bad moments
Its not exact. I am a-listing In hours and than it resumed in magazines. Putting videos and its resumed in hours. Has to be improved. I am not content with it.
This is a good basic app for counting time but its clearly not a concern for the developer anymore, so unlikely to receive additional updates, such as the new 2016 timekeeping format.
So not very useful.
It would be better if the developer charged a dollar and kept it up to date.
Until this app starts to use the new report categories consistently it will remain clumsy.
For some reason the App shuts down when I open it. PleaseFix!!!
Lapp non sa contare i minuti extra. Se non si usa il timer contatore , il totale ore a fine mese risulterà difettoso rispetto al reale. Mangia diverse ore al mese!!! /
The application is not able to add the daily minutes of service activity .
Address book error E 067 comes up when I try to input all the info in and save it. It asked me if I use gmail exchange or Microsoft exchange to sync my contact. I dont know and dont know how to check and see I am using and iPad so I dont have Microsoft. I have a gmail address. I also cant find answer in FAQs. What to do please help me figure this out.
