Errore E067

Address book error E 067 comes up when I try to input all the info in and save it. It asked me if I use gmail exchange or Microsoft exchange to sync my contact. I dont know and dont know how to check and see I am using and iPad so I dont have Microsoft. I have a gmail address. I also cant find answer in FAQs. What to do please help me figure this out.
